• All of our delicious treats are lovingly made in-house using fresh, pet-safe ingredients.
• As our treats are freshly prepared, there should be no significant delays in processing or delivery.
• We take pride in ensuring your furry family members receive the freshest products possible.

🧥 Pet Apparel, Collars, Harnesses & Accessories

• All pet apparel, collars, harnesses, and accessories are specially ordered once your order has been placed.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch.
• We appreciate your patience, as this helps us provide quality products for your pets.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SIZING NOTICE

• Please carefully check the size chart provided for each individual item. It will look like this

• Different jackets and apparel styles may have different measurements and sizing.
• Measure your dog carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
• Unfortunately, incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements may result in return costs being the customer's responsibility.

🔄 Refunds & Returns

• We accept returns within 10 days of you receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
• Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Refunds may not be for the full purchase amount due to customs fees, import duties, taxes, shipping charges, and other associated costs incurred during the order process.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
